The Extra Dry Colleantico, produced from 100% of Greco grapes, is not a simple sparkling wine but a very delicate, naturally sparkled white using the Charmat method.

This is a splendid version of the Greco variety, fine and persistent perlage, fruity aroma with hints of peach, fresh  and harmonic taste. For its liveliness and minerality it is a perfect match to sweet and sour salads, fried fish, grilled seafood, appetizers and desserts.
